Thalia Kehoe Rowden

Thalia works for Motu on the Human Rights Measurement Initiative (HRMI), the first global project to track the human rights performance of countries comprehensively.

Thalia has a BA in Linguistics and an LLB(Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington, and was the top graduate in Applied Theology at Carey Baptist College in Auckland, New Zealand. She was the pastor of New Plymouth West Baptist Church for four years before having children. Thalia and her family lived in Chiang Mai, Thailand, working for international NGO Partners Relief & Development before returning to Aotearoa in 2017.
