Stephen Jenkins

Stephen is Professor of Economic and Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

His research interests are in applied economics from a longitudinal perspective, with particular reference to the distribution of income and its redistribution through taxation, social security and the labour market. He is also interested in the measurement of inequality and poverty, modelling labour supply and social security benefit spell durations.
